We are delighted to announce the addition of Traci Eliszewski, NP to our team of health experts. Traci graduated from Marquette University in 2017 and is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP). Traci has prior experience taking care of the sickest patients in the ICU, Neurology, and Internal Medicine. Traci still practices as an inpatient Hospitalist NP.
Traci’s passion for functional medicine sparked while caring for patients as a Registered Nurse, discovering many patients who were not finding answers or fell through the cracks of conventional medicine. Traci has always wanted to look further into her patient’s medical conditions and try to understand what made them sick in the first place. Traci believes that many patient’s illnesses and pain could have potentially been prevented with restorative health measures. Traci has a unique passion for helping patients find the root cause of their health issues and digging deep to restore their quality of life helping them feel their absolute best.
In her free time, Traci loves spending time and relaxing with her friends and family. As a former collegiate athlete, she enjoys all things sports and staying fit with regular exercise. She also enjoys spending time continuing to learn and improve her methods of care.
Traci prides herself in being a patient advocate and utilizes a teamwork approach to get the best patient outcomes. Traci’s extra support at the office will allow for patients to continue being seen promptly as our patient base grows.
